kelvin.legal is a static marketing and developer-facing site. There are no user accounts, no logins, and no tracking pixels.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics (cookieless). Plausible records aggregate, anonymous traffic data — page views, referrers, session duration. No cookies, no IP storage beyond the request, no cross-site tracking. The script is loaded from plausible.io.

Forms

If you submit your email through a form on this site (release-notes signup, OSS-flip notify, book launch notification), it goes to Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Kit is the data processor for those lists. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Hosting and CDN

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare’s logs (request IP, user agent, response status) are kept according to Cloudflare’s standard log retention. We do not access these logs except for incident response.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data.
• We do not run advertising trackers.
• We do not use Google Analytics or comparable cookie-based analytics.
• We do not run session-replay tools.
